GENERAL INFORMATION

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at the following times: 9.00 am-17.30 pm.

Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Any orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day.

Shipping time refers to business days only and it starts form the pickup notification emails.

We do not ship on weekends or during bank holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at info@itacayarns.com within 12 hours from the placement of your order.
Note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if sent within the 12-hour window.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union (including, for example, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other countries with customs procedures), any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or administrative charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

These costs do not depend on Itaca Yarns and are not included in the product price or the shipping costs paid at the time of the order.

Customs authorities in the destination country may apply such charges according to local regulations. Taxes and duties vary from country to country, and we are unable to predict their amount.

The customer is responsible for paying these charges to allow customs clearance of the goods. If the customer refuses to pay customs fees, any return shipment to the sender may incur additional costs, which could be deducted from the refund.

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments. If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will be hold it for a few days and will request the customer to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a couple of days, the package will be returned to us.
If the customer refuses the parcel upon delivery, the shipment is sent back to us. In both situations, shipping costs will not be refunded.

At the time of delivery, the customer will receive an information email with the tracking number for the shipment.

On the time of the arrival of orders, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing as proof delivery.
If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered with or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.
In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the local courier’s office and to contact us at the following email address info@itacayarns.com.

DEFECTS

If, despite all our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact within 24h our Customer Service department at info@itacayarns.com.

Do not forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible.
