Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99, non-consumers, ie those who act for purposes relating to their professional activity, are excluded from exercising the right of withdrawal. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (order) within 14 working days, starting from the day of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal (return) is exercised by sending a written communication by email to info@itacayarns.com, within the period of 14 days, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to return all items relating to the order, complete with all their parts, new and unused, in their original packaging, unwind and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded.

Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, Itaca Yarns will refund the sums paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs, according to the type of payment that was made at the time of the order.

Shipping fees

Pursuant to article 57 paragraph 1 of the Italian Consumer Code, the return costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In case of damage to the return during transport, Itaca Yarns will notify the customer within 5 working days to enable him to file a complaint against the shipper and obtain a refund of the value of the goods, if insured; in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return and at the same time his request for withdrawal will be canceled.

Furthermore, Itaca Yarns is not liable for damage, theft and loss of products returned by uninsured shipments.

Parcel damaged

If at the time of delivery the package arrives not intact, damaged or with obvious signs of tampering, such as opening the package and the customer still intends to accept the package, he must immediately notify the courier of the fact and sign, in any case, the waybill. , adding the words "ACCEPT WITH RESERVE OF CHECK".
