Consider 6-14cm of positive ease:

XS: Finished Bust Circumference 92 cm, 11 balls 
S: Finished Bust Circumference 98 cm, 12 balls 
M: Finished Bust Circumference  106 cm, 13 balls 
L: Finished Bust Circumference 114 cm, 14 balls 
XL: Finished Bust Circumference 126 cm, 15 balls 
2XL: Finished Bust Circumference 138 cm, 16 balls
